Most of our work is billed by the hour against a retainer. We recognize, however, that hourly billing is not always the best metric for determining value. That metric fails to account for appropriate staffing, experience, use of technology, and overall talent and ability. In many cases, non-hourly arrangements are a better measure of a firm’s ability to deliver results.

Weaver Law offers fixed fees, contingency fees, and other flexible, customized fee arrangements in addition to hourly billing. We partner with our clients and welcome arrangements in which our compensation includes a risk-sharing component, such as a reduced hourly rate combined with the potential to earn a percentage fee for a specified outcome.
